Shenandoah Valley Academy

Academics

Shenandoah Valley Academy aims to provide an academic experience that teaches our students to become motivated students and independent thinkers – not just mere reflectors of other person’s thoughts.  The curriculum is designed to provide students with a foundation of knowledge for college, critical and analytical skills, and academic challenges to enhance intellectual self-confidence.

The Academic Resource Center is a popular place for students to maximize their learning experience.  The Center is open to any student who wants to enhance their study skills, personal well-being, and academic performance.  The Director encourages students to better manage their time, practice good study skills, and to master the art of test-taking.  Students also find help in adjusting to their busy schedules, as well as offering academic help.
