Graduation Day at Shenandoah Valley Academy

Shenandoah Valley Academy

Graduation Requirements

Shenandoah Valley Academy offers students three diploma options:

  1. The General Diploma curriculum is designed for those students who do not plan to attend a four-year college;
  2. The College Preparatory Diploma curriculum prepares students to enter a four-year college or university;
  3. The Advanced Studies Diploma curriculum is designed to provide more than the minimum courses required for admission to most colleges and universities. As a Liberal Arts program, the curriculum is balanced with Literature and Language Arts, Science, Mathematics, History, Foreign Language, Fine Arts, Religion, and Health/Physical Education.

Students must complete their entire senior year at SVA.  Seniors will not be admitted to our program in the second semester of their senior year.
