Our daughter lived in the dorm and is a graduate of SVA. The transition to college dorm life has been really easy for her. She hasn't had adjustment issues unlike her new friends who've never experienced dorm life before college. She loves being independent and at SVA developed very close sister-like relationships with friends in the dorm.
