Parents and Guardians,
You are invited to join us for a weekend full of inspiring testimonies, beautiful music, fellowship, and quality time with your student(s). Parent Weekend is from October 2-4, 2026 on our campus. 

Please use the forms below to 

  • RSVP for the weekend
  • Request meal tickets (Sabbath lunch and supper tickets are free, but must be requested)
  • Sign up to play in the World Cup soccer tournament!
  • Register for Sunday Parent/Teacher Conference time slots
     
Parent Weekend Meals 2026

  • Sabbath lunch and supper meals are complimentary for immediate family members of students. Other tickets and other meals are $10 per ticket, per person (or a card with 10 punches is $90). Meal tickets must be reserved for the cafeteria to make preparations for the weekend. Village families, please include your student(s) in the number of tickets requested.

    Paid meal tickets may be purchased on Adventist School Pay or by calling the Business Office.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Teachers will be available to meet with parents, by appointment, on Sunday. Conferences can be arranged at https://www.picktime.com/parentweekend2026.
